One of our core values is “saved people, serve people." Once you know Jesus, it’s just natural to love like Him by serving others. Joining a volunteer team is another great way to meet people and make church your home. Teams of volunteers roll up their sleeves every weekend to make church an excellent and loving place. Serving is all about showing Jesus, being a blessing to others, making friends and having fun! Jesus calls us to serve each other. We would like to help you discover, develop and deploy the gifts and skills God has given you and have fun along the way.

CAFE TEAM
The cafe team at Searchlight helps to make the atmosphere on Sunday mornings both welcoming and comfortable. They set up breakfast items, water, hot coffee and tea for the congregation to enjoy.
KIDS MINISTRIES TEAM
Whether on the Nursery, Preschool or Kids Team, volunteers have the opportunity to work with the amazing children of Searchlight. 
WORSHIP TEAM
If you play an instrument or sing, the worship team is a great way to use your talents to serve the Lord.
SOUND / LIGHTING TEAM
The sound / lighting team helps during both services.
GREETER / USHER TEAM
Greeters welcome everyone who walks through the doors on Sunday mornings. You can always count on a smiling face to open the door and welcome you in to church.
SEARCHLIGHT YOUTH TEAM
Youth volunteers attend a meeting once a week and facilitate small groups. They also accompany the youth to conventions, rallies and occasionally host events.
SET UP / TEAR DOWN TEAM
The set up / tear down team helps out on Saturday afternoons to set church up and stays after second service ends to tear down.
MEDIA / VIDEO TEAM
The media / video team puts together special presentations for various sermons and events.
