LIFE GROUPS

You weren't created to do life alone. Being part of a Life Group means having people you can talk to, depend on, and explore God's Word with. Getting plugged in with a group is a great place to start when looking to get connected.
If you're new to the concept, a life group is 10-15 people who get together weekly to explore faith and do life together.
If you're wondering what your next step is after coming on a Sunday morning, you've found it. We really believe that taking the step to join a group will be a decision you won't regret.

In this group, we'll discover a way of seeing that opens your eyes to ordinary amazing grace, a way of living that is fully alive, and a way of becoming present to God that brings you deep and lasting joy. It's only in the expression of gratitude for the life we already have, we discover the life we've always wanted. . . a life we can take, give thanks for, and break for others. We come to feel and know the impossible right down in our bones: we are wildly loved - by God.

There is power in prayer. It's something Jesus did. He prayed by himself, He prayed by Himself, He prayed with His disciples, He prayed on the cross. Prayer was a priority in Jesus' life. When we make prayer a priority, our lives change, circumstances change, and we change.

Everybody wants to be happy. In this DVD study, we'll examine the ways in which we tend to define happiness and explain how that definition influences the way we pursue it. The Bible reveals that happiness is about who, not what, and that happy people are at peace with God, with others, and with themselves.

It's likely you have a threatening giant in your life . . . an adversary or stronghold that's diminishing your ability to live a full and free life. Frozen in the grip of rejection, fear, anger, comfort, or addiction, you've lost sight of the promise God has for your life. Demoralized and defeated, you've settled for far less than His best. God has a better plan for you - a plan to live in victory. That's why He has silenced your giant one and for all.

Guardrails: they're everywhere, but they don't really get much attention . . . until somebody hits one. Then, more often than not, they're a lifesaver. Maybe your greatest regret could have been avoided if you had established guardrails. In this small group Bible study, we'll explore how to stop flirting with disaster and establish some personal guardrails.

Never Alone: 6 Encounters with Jesus to Heal Your Deepest Hurts
This book study offers hope and encouragement that as our plans, hearts, and lives change, God does not miss a beat. What we may have mistaken for absence was only our mind questioning his goodness and grace. Our study reveals the depth and healing power of Jesus' unconditional love for us and how we will never escape His love. We do not possess that kind of power. If we are willing, we can discover the sacred truth that we indeed, are never alone.

POST-ABORTION SUPPORT GROUP
Christine Hibberd
Day & Time TBD
No matter what drives a woman to end a pregnancy, there are physical, psychological, and spiritual side effects most don't anticipate. Feelings of guilt, shame, and grief become a heavy burden, and many women feel that they will never be free, that no one understands, that God will never forgive them. But there is hope. There is forgiveness, healing, and hope after abortion. And you are not alone. Forgiven and Set Free guides suffering and hurting women to bring their emotional scars from abortion "out of the dark past and into His holy light," where true and lasting healing can take place. Appropriate Scriptures help women deal with issues such as relief, denial, anger, forgiveness, depression, letting go, and acceptance.
